Besides contributing regularly to Show-Me-Missouri, she has written travel, personality profiles and features for The Kansas City Star, Country Living Holidays, FamilyFun, AAA publications and Group Travel Leader. She has worked on projects for Andrews McMeel Publishing, edited Tried and True, the new cookbook published by Kansas City’s stately Southmoreland Inn on the Plaza and contributed to three book compilations for mothers.
Elizabeth is an award-winning member of Midwest Travel Writers Association and active in International Association of Business Communicators. In 2008, Missouri Writers Guild honored two of her travel pieces with first and second in different categories. At MTWA’s annual Mark Twain Awards, she received first in photojournalism for her family travel article and accompanying images. As an avid photographer, her camera is always in hand.
